We currently have honey available from 8 apiary sites across the Island. Our hives stay in place all year round, and we keep the honey separate during processing, so there is an amazing difference in colour and flavour that's just from the variety of forage available.
All our raw honey will crystallise eventually, depending on the water content and types of nectar the bees used. If you would like to specify clear or set honey, rather than where it came from, please contact us directly on email@example.com and we will tell you what is available.
NEW - Experience Days - come and meet our bees!
Purchase a gift voucher for yourself or a loved one to come and join us for 2-3 hours of beekeeping and hive inspections. There's so much to show you as we work in small groups to open a hive, identify the parts, and learn more about what the bees are doing.
All equipment is provided.
Dates of all the experience days can be found here. Once you've purchased your voucher, just contact us to let us know when you would like to attend as numbers are limited to make sure everyone gets the best experience.
PLEASE ADD POSTAGE if you are ordering jars to be sent to addresses not on the Isle of Wight. Vouchers post for free, and we will contact you if you have jars to be delivered locally.
